Vietnam is the 13th most populous country in the world and has one of the highest economic growth rates in the region, second only to China. With 84M people, 40% of whom are between the age of 15 and 30, there are 10M Internet users and over two million gamers (and growing fast!), making it the largest game market in Southeast Asia.
In June 2005 VinaGame launched Swordsman, the most popular online game in Vietnam. Swordsman was a leading title in China in 2004. The game is based on Chinese martial art novels --highly popular in Vietnam. |
